recommendation: nick from leakmaster

i know there are a few recommendations on brownstoner for nick but i just wanted to echo those sentiments. he recently did some minor work on our roof (installing a cap on a pipe that was causing a leak into our attic) and not only did he diagnose the problem, return to do the work on schedule as promised, but he initially refused payment (nick: “don’t worry about it, just recommend me to someone.”) further, nick just called me after today’s rains to check in to make sure the work he had done was doing the job.  as a homeowner, its a pleasure to encounter a professional like nick.  nick kontzamanis: 718-421-2000
