Plumber to make minor change to outdoor gas line (for grill)

I have a gas line on the outside of the back wall of my building, that can be hooked up to a gas grill. Can anyone recommend a plumber (or other service provider) who can do some minor work to the end of the gas line (basically turn an elbow joint so that the last 1′ of pipe is pointing up instead of down) and hook it up to a grill?
