New Roof and Skylights

I’ve been reading dozens of threads on roofing over the past 30 min and just want to say that superdee01 posts Dan’s info on every single roofing thread in exactly the same way. Sounds like a shill.

Greetings all, Its time to redo the roof and to replace our leaky skylights. We are looking for a new rubber roof and skylights (we would like the ones that you can open so as to give the building some ventilation in the summer).  We have gotten 2 estimates -one from A & S Construction and one from Best Construction-both have given estimates in the 4500-5000 range. Has anyone worked with either of these companies?

I second the premier recommendation. I suspect they’ll be more expensive but they’ll definitely stand by their work. If you go with one of the other roofers please report back as to how it went.

I don’t have experience with A&S or Best, but Luxury Construction did a great job on my roof including skylight replacement.  Price was very competitive. I’ve used them for other projects also and have recommended them to many friends.Their number is 718-937-3642.
