Film location wanted

I’m a film student producer and I’m enrolled in the ESRA Program at Stonestreet Studios. I’m looking for an apartment with at least 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living-room to rent for a 4 days film shoot. Ideally, in Queens or Brooklyn. We’re still students, but this is our 4th year thesis film and we’re very respectful of our film locations. A financial enveloppe is provided for the rental of the apartment. Project description : Our short film is called “Bittersweet”. This is an underlying drama treated with humor. “Adam is a depressed thirty year old. He lost his girlfriend and spends his time alone. One day, Adam reluctantly babysit his neighbor’s sister Lily, a surprisingly playful ten year old girl.
