experiences with Premier roofing?

Hi – I need a new roof and just got a reasonable estimate from Premier roofing – I would prefer not to have to bring in a whole bunch of different people for estimates due to time constraints.  Wondering if anyone can share their experiences good or bad with Premier?  Thanks!

Putnamdenizen, can you please provide the name of the company you worked with? I am experiencing similar concerns with Premier right now. They seem to want to cover everything in modified bitumen.

I think most of these roofers are booked out like crazy right now due to it being near the end of their working season, and because of all the rain recently-

They did our roof several years ago (as well as our next door neighbor’s roof who recommended them to us) and we have been really pleased. They really know brownstone brooklyn roofs and are very reasonable (and true to their word).

They gave me a very reasonable quote, but their solution to problems with my parapets and chimneys was going to be to cover them in roofing material.  I decided to go with someone who rebuilt those and put down a new roof (at a substantially higher price than premier).
