I second Rose Demolition. Just finished our demo and they were quick, affordable and very careful.

Hi, Rose Demolition Address: 95 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx, NY 10454 Phone:(718) 585-8713 I used to work in the construction trade and Rose Demolition seems to be the fastest, most experienced (they do this for a living, after all…) cheapest among the demolition company I came across. Yet, my suggestion is that you should try to find two other demolition companies, ask questions and compare pricing so that you get a feel of what to expect not only from one source, but a few various sources. Ultimately you want to hire a company that knows what they’re doing as over-demo could lead to structural issues… Finally, pulling a permit may be required even for only stripping down the walls and partitions to studs.
