Decorative wood appliques (oak) for front door restoration

I am looking at Van Dykes, which doesn’t quite have what I am looking for. Do fellow Brownstoners have other internet or local sources for oak overlays/appliques to replace the deteriorated ones on my circa-2898 front door? These are the decorative carvings just below the beveled windows on the traditional double-door to the brownstone. Many thanks for any leads!
