Correcting DHCR records

Hi, The previous owner of our building, converted from an SRO to a 5 family in 1997\. After our 2011 purchase & renovations, we converted to a 3 family. We now have a C or O for a 3 family building. On line, DoB and HPD both show building as a 3 family (not an SRO, no B units). For some reason, on line, DHCR is showing building as rent regulated, “Multiple Dwelling B”. Does anyone know how we would have this corrected? Thanks
