Last Spring we put a new roof on our brownstone, and along with this work the roofer removed and replaced the old skylights with two new ones. I obtained several estimates prior to making my selection and wound up going with Premier Roofing (they advertise on this site). We were very happy with their work and the price. Most importantly, I feel that this winter has been the “ultimate” test and we have had zero issues with the roof and the skylights. I can’t help you with price as ours was part of the total job. My suggestion is to get several quotes from roofers and review the archives here for roof work. Just make sure you go with someone who is experienced with roofing work, especially flat roofs.
