brownstone entryway

Hi: I have a small entryway on the second floor of my brownstone. I need to have new saddles and the floor polished. It looks like they are made of marble (black & white) but maybe slate. The floor is old and it looks quite worn and dirty; the saddles are broken. Can you suggest someone to make new saddles and possibly clean up the floor.
