Anyone used Jack Kleinfeld for building leaks?

We live in one of those leaky, new construction condo buildings, and are thinking of hiring Jack Kleinfeld (Kleinfeld Technical Services, Inc) to do an infrared analysis of the building to help us figure out where the leaks are coming from. Has anyone used them before and had good or bad experiences? Thanks!
