Toy Factory Lofts - still leaky?

Does anybody know if this property is still having problems with leaking and water damage, as detailed in Brownstoner posts from around March 2008? A friend is considering one of the units in the building. Thoughts on the property in general? Suggestions on how to check up on its status?
