Super for small condo building?

I live in a 9-unit condo building in Crown Heights and we are looking into finding someone to do light building maintenance – taking out the trash, shoveling the stoop, occasional interior cleaning, etc.  Can anybody recommend someone who’s reasonable and reliable?  Thanks!

We work with a retired guy who lives down the block from us.  Based on your description, this solution will probably work best (and be more cose effective) than hiring a firm.
