Property management recommendations for very small condo

Hi all – our very small (4 unit) condo in Brownstone Brooklyn is looking for a small management company to help us look after affairs. Ordinarily all that would be required is basic super tasks (trash, recycling etc), paying bills and general property management. Currently however we are replacing our facade so it would be useful to have someone to periodically check-in on the contractor (presence, cleanliness etc). Any recommendations much appreciated.
