Professional Management for 4-unit Building

Hey All, I’d love your best advice about managing my 4-unit brownstone.  I’m still in exile in California and it looks like it will be a couple more years.  We’ve been doing the “pay the guy downstairs a couple hundred bucks a month to take care of things” route, but it feels like it’s time to get our tenants more and more professional services than that. Any recommendations?  We have tried contacting the companies in the resource directory, but have had no luck in connecting. Thank you for your ideas!

Hi. It’s good that you have realized the importance of hiring a property management firm. I hired [NCDEV group](http://www.ncdevgroup.com) to take care of my multi family property in Jackson. They found me the best tenants and they also take care of any maintenance that the property requires. When my tenants are happy, i get the rent on time and then I am happy 😉
