Good Condo Management Company for 30-unit building

Any recommendations for a good condo management company for a 30-unit building in Park Slope would be much appreciated.   Many thanks!

Stay away from Goldin Mgt. Our condo is having problems with significant negligence which has resulted in thefts from an unsecured garage. Repair follow up is horrible as well.

Wow! thanks everyone. The not keeping records is scary. I thought they had legit accounting dept. (more like one person as they are small) but guess not! Our accountants would not be happy with that. Now I’ll need to shop around some more I guess.

ESQUIRE it could be one of the worse management companies we ever encounter in our lives…our condo went almost broke and they failed to pay our insurance for two months…just a tip…they don’t really keep that much of the records of the  building expenses 😉

Stay away from Esquire.  They make promises and do not follow up and they never return phone calls when there are problems or issues.  They managed my building and they were terrible.

Oh and we currently have Cooper Square so definitely stay away from them. They predominantly manage larger buildings though so probably not in the scope for 30 unit building anyways.

Call Derek Bupp at NYC Property Care.  They manage a 22 unit building in Ft. Greene and have done a great job. We hired him right after the sponsor turned the Board over to the tenants, while the finances were in terrible shape the building needed a lot of work. It’s now a great place and in excellent shape physically and financially. He’s super-responsive to calls from tenants for things big and small. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
