Can anyone recommend a building management website for a small condo?

My new condo building (16 units) is looking to set up a website to share docs, have a forum, manage tasks, and post buidling-related matters/news. Something password protected. Buildinglink.com is a bit too much for us—seems geared to large-scale developments.

Any recommendations?

I agree with earlier posters about using google groups as your communication tool. Its simple, just send email and reply email. thats all. But for document and task management you might need something else. A custom website would be a usefull tool for that. At this point I can help. please give me a call at 718 283 4293

yup – google.  i know large buildings with management companies that still use google and the board has the PW.  Building tenants send an email to a google email address and all board members are on the forward list.  Google groups can be customized and invite only.  Much easier than having lord knows what real estate cretan administering one.

Google Apps would probably do most of what you’re looking for, or even just a private Yahoo Group.
