Basic Building Management

I live in Cobble Hill in a 4 unit brownstone co-op. We are looking for a new maintenance person/company to manage our weekly trash/recycling, basic common area cleaning, front stoop/yard sweeping and snow shoveling and salting. Any recommendations?
