Awaye Realty

My coop (25 units) is considering options for property management. A couple of board members have gotten solicitation flyers from Awaye Realty. Most of the online reviews I’m finding for them refer to their brokerage services rather than property management. Does anyone have any opinions? (Or other recommendations for moderately priced management services–we basically need someone to handle billing, taxes, major repairs/emergency service, and maybe recommending a new porter/superintendent. We don’t have any full-time staff and the superintendent is not on-site. No elevator, no doorman, nothing like that. We’ve been with Goldin for a while and they’re okay on some basic level–the bills get paid and emergencies get handled–but they’re not very responsive and most non-emergencies take multiple requests.)
