You will need to change the C of O to do this and still need to comply with the required parking. Just having a driveway leading to the garage does not always do it. It would depend upon what the current front setback is.

When cleaning windows it’s not always what you see is what you get! Some window cleaning chemicals won’t leave streaks right away but after a good drying period a dull film will start to appear

I used Vinnie’s Iron Works on Bergen. I’ll second Lorenzutti Motors. Howecver, if you think of avoiding a dealer because of price, Lorenzutti’s labor charge isn’t cheap. Dealers tend to upsell unnecessary work they say needs to be done to your car. Lorenzutti doesn’t do that.

Some of the windows have gaps in the brick around the sides of the window. One company suggested that the gaps be filled in by a mason, before the existing windows were encapsulated. Another company said that putting the new larger windows over the gaps was sufficient. We wanted to know how the new windows would be secured since they would be hollow over the gaps, and were told that the insulation would be used as a filler. We had previously had a door installed where the hollow fame was filled in with something other than concrete. The door never worked properly. We had to have it removed and a new door, with a concrete-filled frame, installed. We are worried that there will be a similar problem with the window frames.
