Horrible – BUT I bet if you bricked the bottom and (re)bricked the top front section with red brick – it would be kinda interesting.

Seriously, now — is the LPC the only entity that regulates these types of modifications? There must be SOME rules outside of landmark districts, apart from rules related to FAR and the like, aren’t there? I just can’t understand how anyone could possibly think this was a good idea. What a monstrosity.
