The developer of Sterling Green (the eight-unit building in Prospect Heights that sold out at the end of last year) is working on another small, environmentally friendly project, this one at 319 4th Street in Park Slope. It’ll sport a traditional brick facade with 4,200 square-feet of space behind it. From the website: “The home includes a graciously proportioned 3,300 SF owner’s quadruplex with a center stair, a full parlor floor with open kitchen and dining room, four bedrooms, a library/media room, a rooftop atelier with outdoor space, and 3 1/2 baths. The building also includes a 900 SF one-bedroom garden unit, and a 900 SF cellar for storage.” It should be on the market by the spring. Check out a rendering after the jump. GMAP
