There is some major shakeup going on at my firm right now, and it is a pension environment. It’s rather interesting to watch in a sociological kind of way.
Someone at work once tried to convince me McDonald’s put placentas in their food, to make them taste elementally good.
Oh I guess it’s time for me to look into those windowsill planter boxes that I asked you all about a couple of months back. Is this a good time to plant herbs? doubt that the basil thief would climb 6 flights of fire escape to steal some of my shit.
Donatella, the Crown Heights North Association had a speaker from one of our elected official’s office speak at our last meeting. Her office was working with the Census Bureau to make sure we counted as many people as possible. This is a large immigrant community too, and a lot of people are suspicious of the gob’ment knowing all about them, both immigrants and native born, alike. The speaker explained how the census number affect allocations of funds and resources, and it was an eye opener. I’m sure everyone in the room will fill out and mail in their census forms. (Pre-paid postage, btw) We need all of the resources we can get.
LOL, I was coming out of a bar and a dude was smoking while another dude asked to bum a cig off him and his answer was “I don’t smoke” while he was taking a pull. That’s just f’ed up.
dipster, lol how did they go off on you? my worst cigarette bumming experience was when i bummed a ciggie from this girl and she was like i have no more but you can have the rest of mine (yeah, gross i know, but i was fiending and she had only taken what looked like a few drags). she turns around when im walking about and screams out NOW YOU GOT THE HERPES!

Daffodils and tulips starting to come up…
I planted arugala and spinach seeds outside this morning and put pansies in window boxes last night.
