Did Anyone visit any open houses this weekend? I went to a cororan one at 250 park place and there were quite a few people. There was another apartment for sale in the same building by owner and they didn’t seem to be getting anyone other than over flow from Corcoran.Really sad too because that apartment was pretty spectacular in the general price range. I hope they near their ask. What do you think about FSBO getting overflow clients from brokered apartments in the same building?
