I sent tenant email that I won’t be able to check it out until next tuesday. (we are back upstate now).
why wait ’till not draining to contact. Do they not notice something is amiss until doesn’t work.
I feel like telling them, next time – you call someone and pay for it yourself.
I’ll try to do it myself next week but last time shahab had to come back with extra equip.
My niece is planning to do beauty school after HS. Her hairdresser told her to go to a local school. They all teach the same thing which is just enough to pass the board. Not sure it that’s true or not. $18K is more than I had thought it would be. Wow.
Yeah benson. I actually stopped working for the hall on avenue X and ocean pkwy because they felt bad having Jewish valets (all russian jew kids) since they didn’t like treating jews like crap so they made my boss put us in other locales and hire spanish and blacks (fucked up, I know). I ended up working (managing valets) at Sirico’s on 13th Ave or sometimes some of the big clubs in Bay Ridge (Legacy’s, Gazebo’s). I loved working for Italians. they would feed us, give us tea and coffee on cold days and I got tipped really well. I hated working for the Syrians. They never fed us and the patrons pulled up in 100K cars and give us 50 cents as tips. Super loaded but cheap as hell.
Hey, Pete, so what is your tenant doing to the sink? You were so p’o’d last night. I could feel your pain.
I got a shock over the weekend; John Hlad, who is usually pretty fair, handed me a pretty breathtaking bill for a bunch of plumbing jobs in my house on Saturday. 🙁
I think I could be a good hairdresser. I actually looked into it once; it costs 18,000 dollars for a 6 month program at Paul Mitchell. I think that is excessive though. I think of it every time I go to my dealer for my color fix. I think it would be great to learn how to do my own hair properly and then do the hair of my friends. I wish I could find a turncoat somewhere who would teach me how to do it.
I think many of the houses they build look really nice.
Although I do think if IRS took close look at lifestyle vs.
taxbill, they’d have a few questions.
My sister once had a gig as a hairdresser for the Syrian community. She worked in a salon on Avve U and about East 3rd. It had no sign on it, as they didn’t want folks coming in off the streets. She made a ton of money at that time.

I also answered McKenzie in the Last Week’s biggest sales thread. That person (read troll) seriously has no clue about anything really.

Jeez- the standard graduation gift when I was growing up was a bus ticket to the university and new luggage.
