Arkady any lessons you can share from your wallpaper above and paint below? I assume the paint was darker than the paper? Also what did you use to separate the paper and the paint?
I’ve torn a lot of wallpaper down, never put any up. I’m not anti-wallpaper per se but I’ve never particularly liked it. Interesting idea though. Where does one buy wallpaper? I assume they don’t sell it at Home Despot, or that what they sell is not very good stuff.
There was a gaggle of about 12 church ladies all out on my block as I headed for the subway, literature in hand, prosyletizing door to door. Luckily they seem to only ring the bells under the stoop and not go up the stoop.

” I hope you’ll still feel that way when you see the mess I left in the kitchen.”

I should have remembered from Halloween how dangerous it is to have bags of kid candy in the house. These mini-Krackle bars are good!
“One’s past is an organic part of one’s present so a groovy past is evinced in the persona of the individual & is thereby available to others.”
I love the way Arkady speaks/writes.
CatGar – I did the exact opposite: paint below & paper above.
