Yes, I also remember her saying that she grew up on Eastern Parkway. To me, Eastern Parkway is part of Crown Heights, which I why I stated that that is where she grew up.
I love Joan Rivers (despite her freaky face lift). Last of the old-time Brooklyn Jewish comedians.

If they tried this in Yonkers or Little Rock or Birmingham, the NAACP would be protesting, and the Justice Department would be launching an investigation. But somehow, the rich, white, latte-drinking, Obama-voting liberals from Brooklyn Heights can get away with setting up a white school (yes, of course they will make sure a few minorities get in). What a disgrace!

“abysmally rated middle schools” code for I don’t want my lily white kid mixing with the mud races or her next boyfriend will probably decapitate her… Don’t want to pay for private school; not that it won’t prevent your lily white daughter dancing on a stripper pole when she grows up; then you have to send her to the “abysmally rated middle schools”.

Benson, I also read that her father was a doctor and she lived on Eastern Parkway for a time, *maybe* after Crown Heights. Does anyone know what her address was on EP?
