Of course they are the only good plasterers nowadays since there are no longer any hard working Italians left.
I usually stay away from prejudiced discussions but this is kinda spot on. I had a very hard time finding someone to fix holes in our building’s Terrazzo floors. Used to be one done by Italians and now there are very few people who still can work by hand to match the old stone and cement combinations and fill the colors to match exactly what the 60 year old floors look like. We called many floor companies and no one wanted to take the job as some were honestly and said they couldn’t do good enough job. The only ones that came in to price the job were Albanians or Yugoslavians (3 flooring guys). All were either trained in Italy or were trained my older Italians here.

Let me try an example that might make it clearer and more relevant to you personally.
If we raise taxes on the rich, they will cut their spending and then be less able to spend money on unnecessary expensive designer labels that only serve to show off one’s economic status. Then people who work for such (unnecessary) firms will be out of work.

so what? the rich are bitching about paying more when they make more! that’s how this shit works!!
