Arkady, I guess you know a lot of Brit slang. I relied on Urban dictionary.. You probably could watch those things without playback – I swear sometimes I would do playback three times to catch a swallowed word or different pronounciation – sometimes they were important to the plot. There is more slang I learned but can’t remember all of them.
I’ve had a half-assed cold for 3 or 4 weeks now.
It is on a cycle where it gets better for a few days, then worse again.
It has not never been too bad, but I am ready for it to move on.
By the way, arkady, I know we left the topic a while back, but did you see the movie “Howl” with James Franco as Ginsberg and some interesting animation of the poem itself?
I am dialed into a conference call and it’s taking forever for the host to start the call and the music sounds like a mix between 1970s elevator music and the soundtrack to a 1970s porno.

Scott, I have had a cold like that for the entire winter. I would think I was over it only to wake up with a sore throat or some other malady.
