The inexcusable part of this charade is the fact that the elected officials are holed up in some motel out of state and playing the media like they’re some type of heros.

Just imagine if the Republican Senators had left Washington en masse last March just before the Senate vote?

As the President stated himself at that time:
“Elections have consequences.”

The Dems in Wisconsin just want to take the ball and run away from the game now that they know it’s a loss.

legion- your memory is selective. And bear in mind- when the Bush protests were going on. we already had more than a glimpse of what his [policies were doing. The nastiness and the protests about Obama weer going on before he even took office. I’m not going to go through this argument again but your statement flies in the face of facts.

On the other had I did agree with you about the arts so that’s gotta be worth something, even coming from a democrat. 🙂

MM…either the right to bargain (on certain issues) is given away or the 6-10,000 lose the jobs. You don’t have to have specifically said it. IT’S WHAT THE FACTS ARE .

So by endorsing the right to bargain and not giving up some of that you are, ipso facto, saying that.

Please understand the point that it is not ALL collective bargaining. i think you are not fully aware of the details, given the general terms that you’re using.

Again, loss of jobs or loss of SOME collective bargaining…which do you support?? Please answer that one specific question.
