interesting. kind of the same dynamic that there is in Greenpoint with the Polish, except alot of them seemed to cash out. there are still many landlords who are polish that only rent to other polish (listings are typically only in the local polish classifieds)

I think the rerouting of the M train from downtown to midtown will have a nice long-term boost to property values in Ridgewood.
