I believe the technical term is Aluminum Foil Deflector Beanie (AFDB). Rob, perhaps that would be a good birthday gift for you? When is your birthday by the way?
oooooh lech thanks!!! i just looked it up!!
A tin foil hat is a piece of headgear made from one or more sheets of aluminum foil or similar material. Alternatively it may be a conventional hat lined with foil. One may wear the hat in the belief that it acts to shield the brain from such influences as electromagnetic fields, or against mind control and/or mind reading; or attempt to limit the transmission of voices directly into the brain.
it doesnt mention anything about plane interference tho, is that what putting it on the windows would be for? ugh. i dont want to do that tho. is there any other way? would aluminum blinds help?

agreeeeeed on the planes issue – what’s not to love?
PS – anyone not digging planes flying over – try living in Northern Astoria/Jackson Hts Queens where you can literally touch the planes as they approach LAG
Can I weigh on diet convo Slopey and Cgar. now that I am deep in this cleanse/diet thing. Eating less is obviously a key thing. Eating as little dairy, wheat, red meat as you can is a good start as well. But one of the really over looked aspects of healthy eating I am discovering is leaving enough time (minimum 12 hours) between last meal of one day and breakfast the next day. Its hard to do. You really have to be disciplined to do this, but it really helps the body finish digesting and move on to some of the other “maintenance” work it needs to do.
they are constantly interfering with my television and internet connections! it’s annoying. reroute those planes over a poor people neighborhood. why park slope?

Rob, to solve the signal interference from the airplanes you need to wear a tin foil helmet on your head and cover your windows with tin foil.
