  1. I usually get home from work around 7.45-8ish. Obvs lots of people are later than that. So any food that involves any prep time (or a phone call!) is going to be after 8pm.
    I am trying to shift to eating more at lunch and less in the evening, but still need to eat something after I get home.

    I’m having a tough time with this right now. I’m sleeping a lot better since I changed my eating habits (no eating mostly fruits and veggies), but I find it difficult to get my body to relax enough for sleep if I eat anything (healthy food included) too close to bedtime.
