I usually get home from work around 7.45-8ish. Obvs lots of people are later than that. So any food that involves any prep time (or a phone call!) is going to be after 8pm.
I am trying to shift to eating more at lunch and less in the evening, but still need to eat something after I get home.
“But one of the really over looked aspects of healthy eating I am discovering is leaving enough time (minimum 12 hours) between last meal of one day and breakfast the next day. Its hard to do.”
I’m having a tough time with this right now. I’m sleeping a lot better since I changed my eating habits (no eating mostly fruits and veggies), but I find it difficult to get my body to relax enough for sleep if I eat anything (healthy food included) too close to bedtime.

Fruit sugar also keeps you awake.
I’ve thought about being a diet consultant, I’m so thin. Like, “eat what I eat” type of thing.
ishtar, If I eat a meal with protein after 8PM, I’m gtd wide awake 4-5AM on a school night.
jester, we only have 1 IT and 1 HR person on site processing this crap. so they do it sequentially. even the HR lady was near tears before.
yeah that sounds torturous the way they are doing it..

Hideous, M4L!
Sorry, M4L- must be awful.
Why is it happening throughout the day and not all at once? What is their logic?
