The whole convo of knowing people’s real name and stats is creepy. Lots of folks here wanna remain incognito and may be afraid to come meet us because it seems like there is a contest going on as to who knows the most personal info about the most posters. JMO.

OK, one more before I go.
What is American Exceptionalism? Very simple. It is the belief that this country, though a combination of its size, wealth, power and the ideals it embodies (which are not unique, they are the fruit of Western Civilization), is the primary force for good in the world today.

MM’s gonna kill me, but I couldn’t resist invoking Godwin’s Law in the hostel thread.
You would think that this would be a major speech by Palin, and that as such, she would have had advisers working with her on it. Either that’s not the case, and I would give her some credit for that if true, or, more than likely, she doesn’t have very good advisers.
Or maybe they just like to make people squawk.
