Expert – am 7 months exactly – due march 28th

Just for the record, not that I have the interest or ego strength to get into the bike/car bullshit, the crosswalk was not visible in the snow. And please somebody tell me if anyone ever in the history of the world, ok nyc that any bike, ever, has been towed or ticketed. Please tell me.
OH SPEAKING OF BIRDS (DH maybe you saw him today he was right by your building before when i was at lunch) i crossed paths with insane bird man (he wears a bird on top of his head) and he shouts out profanities at people he thinks have money calling them evil and all kinds of f’ed up names. he’s seriously like my soho idol. i’d love to start a conversation with him but i feel like he’d probably punch me or something. there’s also another crazy birdman who wears feathers and a bird on his head too but he doesnt talk just makes crazy bird noises and scares (amuses) all the tourists.
