Hi Gem, Well, to be fair, the house guest IS a relative, and one I actually like…most of the time! : P
What could I do? I called them to say hello/check-in, and they told me they had no food in the house! So BH and I went out and shopped for a few bags of groceries. The neighbors are in their 80s/90s, it had to be done.
rf, I know all about the UFT, their political dealings, the legacy pensions and all sorts of other abuses typical of large union organizations. It’s disgusting.
Christie has seen it in NJ and is doing something about it.
