DCB, can you tell from StreetEasy what the taxes are on other units? Just to give you an idea if all brokers are making this mistake (abatement recently expired) or what. That is amazing. But it is not impossible to shock me by broker dumbass-ery at this point.
CGAR? You out there anymore? I saw yesterday that a couple of 1BBP units closing at steep discounts, like 1/3 off. Interesting. Altho at this point, I worry about the project. I recently read that they’ve sold 181 out of 449 units since 1/2008. How long can that go on?

Biff, no go on the wager. The Heat match-up on Defense concerns me big time – ie they might be able to keep the score below 100 and that usually means a loss for the knicks
I need to take those classes, Legion. I actually need “therapy” for the time I was in a very very bad storm on a large sailboat — with one other person (who unfortunately was a fool). It was a tropical storm, long story, but thank god, I am here to tell the story. I used to sail and haven’t been out since then – I think about it and I am frightened. Now I am ready to get over my terror.
