Re: “intrusive dingbat” fight dispersion technique, I once stopped a serious pounding between a gypsy driver and a passenger. I knew that they might kill one another. It was outside my house and it was serious. I started being loud in a dopey kind of way – “hey what’s the racket out there? You better solve your problem because you are waking up my whole house. Whatsa matter anyway. blah blah, maybe I should call 911 blah blah..” Finally I was annoying enough from the safe distance of my doorway, that they gradually started backing off one another and the driver gave the passenger his luggage (driver holding luggage hostage) and they backed off, calling one another rude, (very rude) names. But it ended.

Then the cab driver (African guy?) felt the need to explain his apoplexy to me by explaining that the passenger was ragging him the whole way from the airport about how stupid he was, didn’t know the shortest way home, and finally spit on the driver. I was very sympathetic actually.

my mother in-law finally agrees she should disconnect her verizon phone svc – made 3 calls and she is pay ~40. she is coming around to getting internet svc though. is the 1.5-3.0 meg connection speeds good enough? she does like to watch chinese news off various internet sites

Bed bugs don’t only cling to fabrics and upolstery, but to wooden furniture as well, particularly the joints. I got that chair a while ago; I might be a little more nervous now.
