“The sociological perspective, of which I spoke earlier with regard to Slopey, is critical for working in today’s multiethnic and multinational business environment.”
OK, I can’t argue with that, but isn’t it all just kind of obvious? I mean how can it take 4 years to learn that stuff? I work in a multinational environment with all kinds of people every day and I’m actually quite good at it. How would my studying sociology change that? Or would it basically just make me vote for democrats?
Political science starts with the Greeks, although ususally referred to as political philosophy in that case.
Sociology is absolutely a 19th Century European invention.

if you can figure out what I do, I’d appreciate you telling me so I can put it on a resume.
Why does one need to study geography? Can’t you just look everything up on a map???
Are people peppering you with questions about your future, Pete?
LOL, Biff….
I was a geography major. another social science.
“Pete, this Fri your last work day”
And, Pete, m4l is using the term “work” very loosely to attempt to characterize whatever it is you do.
