  1. By donatella on November 2, 2010 1:21 PM,

My real name is Steven Rosenberg. I am ParisParamus on Twitter, and some blogs, and sometimes StevenInBrooklyn on more sober blogs.

I live near Ozzy’s on Lincoln Pl. I look forward to meeting yous all at your next social!

  2. The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.

Today is Dem Liberation Day, and hopefully, the beginning of the end of the Democrats.

It will also be the end of the Republicans if they revert to their Democrat Light ways. If they do, look for a viable Tea Party candidate for President in 2012. And yes, that will be Sarah Palin.

My predictions 91 House seats for the GOP; 11-12 Senators. I am hoping that Christine O’Donnell (who is in no obvious way any less “smart” than Obama) is one of those 11-12.

O’Donnell winning will freak out all the right people 😉

  3. “The whole notion that a President or politician needs to be “brainy” is a leftist conceit. Government isn’t that difficult. The biggest danger is thinking that government is more important, and can do more than it really can.”

    I fully agree.

I guarantee that if you lived in France for a year or two (and not with a uber large expat corporate salary) you would realize how embarrassingly childish and dangerous your liberal/leftist views are.

  5. benson,

He’s favored to win in all the Florida polls.

The guy is young, very bright and attractive.

This guy’s going places. Plus his wife is
Colombian so we know he make’s great choices.
    ;o)

  6. Denton, DCB is the one who doesn’t like big renov projects. Neither do I but when budget is smaller than mkt for move-in ready listings, one has to eye wrecks the deeper pockets dont want to deal with. Have been eying shells or wrecks that are effectively shells. am wondering if fixing up a shell would trigger a higher ppty assessmt (assuming no change in CO).
