Also, cmu, I managed money for people for many years and did very well for them. That is not “shuffling money around.”

Come on. CMU gave you the “fact” that the US economy has devolved and we are no longer the technological leader. Now go and inform this “fact” to the people who work for Intel, Cisco, Google, Apple, Youtube, Facebook, HP, Oracle, IBM and Microsoft, dammit.

You were definitely not “posting facts.” Like I said, to try to do everything is ridiculous…look at what happened to Japan after years of that. Developed nations specialize, we have in technology, finance and agriculture. Blaming everything on disparity of income really is just socialist crap.
Also, if you rmemeber, yesterday I stated I was definitely for the extension of unemployment benefits. I’m not an elitist with no feeling for people down on their luck and I don’t “shiffle money instruments around.”
Also, I no longer have a fat salary. I largely live off of what I earned over the course of the last 30 years!!!! In fact, when I was unemployed I did not seek benefits.
Lots of kids trick or treat in democrat neighborhoods. People give much better candy.
Republicans want the kids to sweep sidewalk 1st before they get some tiny measley cheap hard candy.

Wife made mistake of buying kid’s costume with out him and so far, he refused to put it on. Told wife, it’s no big deal. he can run around without the uniform as he’s not really that into trick or treat anyway

Trick or treating is Halloween only–Sunday.
Just get a bunch of the little wrapped candy that is sold in all the supermarkets and chain drug stores. I have given out candy on the stoop in Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy and the kids are always thrilled–so many people don’t give out candy that they are delighted.
