wow. CGAR, that is terrifying about the tenants. In my East Side apartment building, there was a drunk who started a fire once. It pretty much passed without much ado. Then he did it again, burning out the whole top floor of the building and escaping within an inch of his life. Your worst nightmare.

I’ve never seen so many overachieving white people running by the side of the road as I have been seeing at the cape.

I wonder how much extra CO2 they are pumping into the environment with all of their exercise. Enough to offset the Prius?

My sisters are all overachieving white people and they all drive Priuses. And they have all been running all week. I think I’ll propose my theory for how they are destroying the environment through exercise over dinner tonight.

Then I’ll tell them they can atone for their sins by cutting down trees.

They will all react exactly like cobble and cmu. Then I will show them the thread where cobble and cmu got all bothered about cutting down trees to prove that the reaction is predictable.

They’ll forgive me though.
