I agree on bike registration. If a car is $150 or more a year in this state, bikes should pay something, especially if they are getting special services like bike lanes.
Donatella – yes I paid 1 fare! – but those ferries are AWFULLY expensive to maintain and buy heavens to bid they friggin run into a damn wall again! – also that new fancy pants terminal they have cost the city a pretty penny!

Think we need to build more generation in NYC soon – local transmission is a problem.
