donatella, I wondered the same thing. Last week, I would say maybe 25% of the prospective jurors were even selected for voir dire, and 75% of us sat there all day until we were finally dismissed at 3:30. Seems they could’ve planned better, especially since it’s so rare that both lawyers, the judge, the witnesses, the experts, etc., are all available for a trial in AUGUST.
clambake is an oft discussed but highly unlikely gathering.

Thought the CH debate yesterday was good (when everything unfroze and I finally could read it). As for crossing the street – if it’s true then don’t see why it shouldn’t be mentioned as part of making a broader point.
btw, why is every ROTD in Bay Ridge?? I like it down there but does it really have 50%+ of BK’s restaurants?
