Thanks for your comments. I really don’t want bikes around and I feel a little non-plussed about the question: i.e. not if she can, but where she can. (Donatella talks to self, breathe deep, get over it). I am aware how tire marks look on a wall, but I know how this works. The bikes will beget bikes in the middle of the night and boyfriends will have bikes and park them and they will find a bargain second bike for visitors and before long I am a bicycle parking lot and falling over things, etc. like the urban equivalent of having a rusted refrigerator on the porch.
Do other homeowners allow for public chaining up of bikes or do they expect tenants to put them in their apts?
Tell them to keep it in Europe, they have public locked cycle storage.
Seriously tho’ cycles cause more damage being moved in/out of apartments. Chaining them outside does not seem like the end of the world. What’s the objection? Offend your aesthetic senses?
Whether it’s politically correct or not, in large multinational corporations gay men seem to get a lot of the overseas assignments because they are most often unattached. These assignments pay a lot of money and are really good for corporate mobility.
A now-retired friend of mine managed manufacturing plants all around the world for a major pharma and other gay colleagues of his were oftentimes the foreign CFOs for the operations. I saw a lot of this when i was overseas in Hong Kong. And if you’re a rice queeen it’s an added bonus!!!!!
I thought the statistic was heterosexual *couples* vs. gay male *couples*? The gay male couple earn considerably more than the heterosexual couples because it’s two male incomes, and male incomes are still significantly higher than female incomes… either because of lower wages for same job or career choice (social work, etc.)
quick google and this is 1st article I got–
“Gay men earn roughly 20 to 25% less than their heterosexual counterparts.
Lesbians appear to earn about the same as heterosexual women, but lesbian couples earn less than straight couples because women, on average, earn less than men. ”
If gay guys earned more……you’d see tons more guys joining our team for a bigger paycheck.

And to all the lawyers, the fees from gay divorces will buy some really nice brownstones.
as i stated earlier most likely the gays wont even bother getting divorces because cheating on their partners and promiscuity is an accepted more in gay culture. they are only getting married to prove a point (which is fine) and for the benefits that it may involve. they will continue to just keep bonking random people even if they are married. believe me im gay i know this for a fact.

There is evidence that gay marriages were performed during the early period of the Roman Empire.
Gee, and that developed into Gladiator–great endorsement!
