“The only answer is to default, foreclose and bankrupt all of the nonperforming debt. Let the chips fall where they may or suffer an even larger catastrophe. The Great Depression of the 30’s was because Hoover/FDR did not let this happen.”
ROTFLMMFAO. You have absolutely no clue what caused the great depression, no clue.
“Wow, Biff. That’s super cool. If you can share, what kind of position is it?”
Jessi, I can definitely tell you specifically in person, but for the broader audience, I don’t really want to say much more than it’s finance-related, which I suppose could mean anything.
I go to Texas regularly and like it there. Houston mostly, sometimes Dallas, Austin, San Antonio.
I could not care less what they teach about evolution etc in the schools.
Some of the most successful people I know in NYC are products of Texas public schools. UT and A&M are both far better and cheaper colleges than anything SUNY has to offer.
“Duh!! But how we do we create jobs in a meaningful way!?!?! Nobody has the answer. ”
The only answer is to default, foreclose and bankrupt all of the nonperforming debt. Let the chips fall where they may or suffer an even larger catastrophe. The Great Depression of the 30’s was because Hoover/FDR did not let this happen. The not so great depression of 1920-21 was because Harding did (we got it over with and unemployment plunged from 12% to 2.4% in 2-3 years!). But Harding died and VP Coolidge took over, fucked it up and we had the roaring twenties like the roaring 2000’s. Square one.
“evolution is a theory, along with creation and intelligent design.”
That’s exactly right. They are all theories. The first is supported by a large body of scientific evidence. The second is not. The third is impossible to prove or disprove.

Texas, where they teach in public school that evolution is a theory, along with creation and intelligent design.
