But m4l is right, it doen’t have the feel of a property that should at all get into a bidding war BUT, if they already have multiple offers, that’s the way it usually plays out. I remember when I bought my Philly house…3 offers the first day oin the market….I gave a cash offer $2,000 above ask and broker told me I was the first to go above ask in many years in CC Philly.
Adelphi looks to be more of an investment property…do’t know what rents it would command.
house tours are kinda perverse when you think about it. i dont think id want a bunch of domestic busy bodies commenting on my decor and traipsing around in my house like that.
