  1. I went to a Latin wedding this weekend.
    St. Patrick’s was beautiful.
And if you want to talk about parties,
    the reception was something else…

    cumbia,
    salsa,
    merenge,
    rhumba,
    reggeaton
    latin freestyle

and everyone was on the dancefloor.
    hot, hot, hot.

Kensingtonian would have had a heart attack
    looking at the ladies,
    aye dios mio! 😉

  2. I agree Europeans are running out of money and fast and fear is building, I just wander how far the euro will fall!

Cgar -I like the house, but agreed it’s overpriced. are you just trying to stick to that part of the hood? There are houses like that that are similarly priced in South Slope (which now that I think about it – you have probably seen)

  3. ty, I’ve worked with and known my broker for 15 years, so I know the problem is not on her end. It’s the seller’s broker, who is primarily a rental broker, and picks up some sales from her rental clients — her listings (rental and sales are usually TERRIBLE, with no pictures, or only a few bad pictures, and no floorplan, as is the case here, and we almost weren’t able to get into the rental apartment yesterday).

BH and Pete — haven’t seen the Bond Street house yet, though I didn’t realize that was at 1st Street, or are you guys talking about different houses?

  4. “…unhappy Germany”

    http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/europe/article7127621.ece

Germans are experiencing what US taxpayers (the 50-60% that pay) are experiencing.
In Germany’s case this could lead to a new nationalism, although through it’s history it’s already gone through everything from monarchy to totalitarianism, wonder what will be it’s next incarnation.
In our case it may lead to more State’s rights battles as we are seeing with the 16 states challenging the healthcare bill and with Arizona challenging the govt. on border enforcement.
If Europe goes bad and starts to break up over the failure of member-nations,
    watch out.
