kens,
sadly, I didn’t.
but I’m really gonna have to make an effort
to look into this for you…lol
let’s see
you’re looking
somebody along the lines of Sophia Vergara, Jessica Alba and Eva Mendes, I suspect?
The What,
Germany and Japan are two sleeping giants.
economic instability leads to wars.
Anyone want to know how to get to China’s worst fears?
Look at an armed and angry Japan.
North Korea has been provoking the Far East for a while now.
“are you just trying to stick to that part of the hood?”
Gem, I prefer to stay in Brooklyn Heights-Cobble Hill-Carroll Gardens, which is where I’ve been looking. I’d consider Boerum Hill, but that’s contingent on Pete leaving. I’ve looked a bit in Prospect Heights and the South Slope, but not actively. I’ve seen quite a few bedrooms that I like in my search area, but I’m hung up on outdoor space and managing the stairs for CDog.
Ringo, I also saw the Mews house at 12 Warren yesterday. Beautiful. Every square inch of space used very efficiently. But narrow and TINY. And overpriced at $1.3. Even my broker thinks it’s overpriced, so I KNOW it’s overpriced.
Kensingtonian — I have not. WAAAAY to slow of a process for my taste (and my ulcer agrees). Luckily the price tag is not crazy… err… and I will not mention my disdain for co-ops. 🙂
So, yes, I am officially still homeless at the end of the month. But I’m trying to stay positive and suppress my severe annoyance and anxiety. It’s been 19 days since I first viewed the apartment.
Crude dips below $70. treasureis about 40 bips below levels of a month ago. Somehow the spectre of rampant inflation doesn’t seem to be in the cards, What.

Have you never paid below $70 for a crude dip?
Btw, I’m hosting a party soon. Let me know when crudites are below $70.

Ty, did you go through the board approval yet? Did you mention to them that you have a general dislike for coops and high prices? :o)
a european vacation may be in the horizon.
