I wouldn’t count your republican chickens before you barter them for healthcare. In case you haven’t noticed, the outcry on the AZ Republican pushed version of immigration “reform” is very bipartisan.
and cobble, i do NOT contradict myself. im just fluttery, like a butterfly. and my viewpoints are never set in stone, im always open to having my views challenged, like what montrose just did.
Donatella the collapse of Spain has been on the horizon for years now. Nothing else could come of an outdated work ethic in which the average business day is to open at 10, close at 1, and reopen at 5 or 6. What else could come of importing millions of immigrants to work in a corrupt construction industry inundated by cheap money, local officials reeling in the kick-backs, and a government who turned a blind eye so it could post a completely false economic outlook? Those immigrants are now taking the brunt of the blame for the economic and social collapse that is taking place, because it’s easier than the alternative of admitting that no but Spain and its natives are to blame for their own greed and incompetence. It is that inability to face the truth that will keep Spain from any real economic recovery, possibly for decades.
As a native of Spain, I highly recommend the Costa Tropical of Grenada; the weather’s great for much of the year, the water is beautiful (as long as the jellies aren’t out) and it’s the least inundated by tourists. Real estate is already fairly cheap and it’s about to be much cheaper.
Montrose Morris your posts are always a delight to read.
I don’t know what you conspiracy theorist liberals are talking about. Cops never stop me or look at me funny.
Kidding (about the first sentence).
Time will tell.
